IONIA MIDDLE SCHOOL BOOSTERS
The IMS Boosters meet monthly in the Ionia Middle School Staff Lounge at 6:00 p.m. The meeting dates for the 2012-2013 school year are listed below. The IMS Booster officers for the 2012-2013 school year are Dennis Fountain, President, Barb Montgomery, Vice President, Patrice Phelps, Treasurer, Dawn Barna, Secretary and Lisa Fountain Fundraiser/Website Manager/Box Tops & Campbell Label Coordinator.
The IMS Booster support many annual activities, such as 6th Grade Camp, 7th Grade Trip, 8th Grade Trip, Top Dawg, 8th Grade Class Night and many more. Events organized by the Boosters include Fun Nights, Fall Fundraiser, and Staff Appreciation days.

2012 Fall Fundraiser
Our fundraising this year was with The Goodies Factory.
If you haven't participated in the fundraiser but would still like to give a donation to sponsor all the IMS does for the students, you can give a donation at any time during the year.
You can turn that donation into the IMS office and mark the envelope "Boosters Donation".

Please send cut out, non-expired Box Tops with the expiration date visible to school with your student in a bag and they can bring them to the office.

Fun Night Dates 2012/2013 - 7:00-9:00 at IHS
The cost is $4.00 to get in EXCEPT for the Valentines Dance and the Mega Party
If you need your student early, please come in to pick them up.
Please note some rules for our fun nights: No running, no drinks or food in the gym, only those swimming should be in the pool area, everyone attending should be in the gym, the commons or the pool area. Everyone is expected to be on their best behavior. There have been some problems in the pool area and if this continues, we will not be able to allow swimming during fun nights.

*November 16, 2012 = MSU/MI Theme
*January 11, 2013 = Mega Party - cost is $5.00 per person
****If your student earned the Mega Party by participating in the fundraiser or gave a $30.00 donation, they are invited to attend from 5:00-9:00 plus receive pizza, chips, veggies, cookies and a drink as part of their prize. All students earning this will receive a letter telling them about it.
